« The rooms were very clean. The upstairs bathroom the toilet seat needs to be changed, it looked like there was blood on it but I think it was the toilet cleaner that got on the seat and stained it, the toilet tissue paper holder was hanging on by tape needs to be replaced.The deck was very nice But the chairs were all broken so we couldn’t set out on the deck to enjoy the nice evening, or our morning coffee. Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you »

« This was a perfect quick stop for a night on our way home from a long trip. We got a good nights rest. »

« The house is in a neighborhood that felt very safe. There were people walking their dogs in the evening. The host was very good to help in every way that we needed. You really can sleep 14 people at this house. The back yard backs up to a parking lot for the local Walmart. The house sits just off of a busy road. It provides convenience, but you can hear some noise from it. The house was clean and the showers had good water pressure. There is not an ice maker, so we will got some from Walmart....

« We really enjoyed our time in this home. Our group of ten women gathered in this home for a prayer summit and had plenty of room to hang out or spread out. We had some issues which were addressed as soon as we alerted the owner. We greatly appreciated the quick responses to our needs. The beds were comfortable and most were King size which we loved. Putting the towels on the beds was appreciated as well. Having different coffee pods was a huge hit. Blessings on your future rentals. »

« There were multiple things wrong when I arrived. The screen door handle was broken, the downstairs smoke detector was laying in a window with no battery, part of the furnace was off. There are more issues, but too many to list. I would book this listing in the future. »

« Good location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we return. We used the house for a family vacation base. It was within a 10-30 drive for everything we wanted to do in Kansas City. »

« The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

« I traveled with my husband and we met my son and daughter-in-law and their toddler who flew in from a different destination. This home was perfect for us. »

« This is a great little house with a nice fenced in yard for the dogs. The hosts were very kind and were great to communicate with. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this house for a stay. The hosts have stocked it nicely and it is perfect for a couple. I would stay here again. »
