Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. « The staff tried to come in to my room using the master key without knocking. Then they said they needed to check my ID as there may have been a mistake in rooms.
