âœč We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.

âœč For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).

âœč Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.

âœč Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

âœč This property is pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per pet, per stay, applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Only pets weighing 30 pounds or less are permitted.

âœč Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity
Party cleanup $750 (minimum)
Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)

This place was very spacious and conveniently located to shops restaurants and sports venues. Definitely recommend and i would stay here again.Unit was clean for the exception of underneath the sofa bed floor was a bit dusty and no closet in master bedroom have to share with guest bedroom but made it work.Also unit felt safe and secure which is big plus.

Very nice. The check-in information was a bit vague as there is little to no opportunity to unload your vehicle while checking in because this section of 4th Street is a pedestrian mall. Thankfully the weather was fair and we easily walked with suitcases, etc. the couple blocks from the parking facility to the rental.We found the unit itself very clean and beds comfortable. Although we did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, it certainly appeared to be setup nicely. Cleveland's weather was a bit warm during our stay and we were unable to get the air conditioning temperature to optimum due to what we later learned was failure of a system component. Thankfully the system worked to the extent we did not "cook".The location could not be more convenient. 4th Street offers several restaurants and clubs; its an easy walk to Progressive Field and the Rocket Arena, located just a 1/2-block from The Arcade Building, and a very easy walk to other downtown architectural and historic marvels. The Westside Market is an easy 1.6-mile walk. Thoroughly enjoyed this unit and will stay here again should we return to Cleveland.

We planned a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and to introduce my stepdaughter’s boyfriend to Cleveland. The location was ideal!! The casino is a block away and the hall of fame is less than a mile walk. Additionally we walked down to Playhouse Square for drinks and dinner. Highly recommend this place to explore Cleveland.

Easy access for walking to all downtown attractions and activities. Comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Super fun to have so many games to play at the condo, especially with an 11 and 14yo. Bring sleep mask if planning use sleep accommodations in living room, very bright due to a hall light that does not turn off. (A curtain here would be a welcome addition.) Enjoyed the Great Lakes Science Center, the library, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Also enjoyed Jukebox (for pierogies), Mitchelle’s (ice cream,) and Pins (vintage arcade and duckpin bowling) in Ohio City. And Tommy’s (lunch) in Cleveland Heights.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this loft in Cleveland. It was huge, beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable. The building is on a pedestrian street so when you walk out our door you are literally surrounded by restaurants/bars and can walk around downtown easily. Super close to Progressive Field (Guardians) and Rocket Stadium (Cavaliers). Such great communication with the owner and his team. We had a user error getting in, and a helpful woman was just a call/text away with instant help.Few things...You can't park in front so keep that in mind when you find parking, that you have to walk your luggage a bit.There is a bar on the 1st floor and even being on the 3rd floor, you can definitely hear the music in the living room, but it's not bad at all and doesn't go late. In the bedrooms you don't hear any street noise at all. We liked the vibe. :) Overall this place is 5-star for everything. A really great place to stay.

This unit is perfect for a stay in the heart of Cleveland. It is located on pedestrian-only 4th Street right in the middle of ample dining, nightlife and cultural options. It is steps from the House of Blues. And it is walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the stadiums where the Cavaliers, Browns and Guardians play. The accommodations are super nice and the host is responsive. My wife and and I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Loft in a perfect section of town. 4th street has great restaurants and close to everything including parking across street (albeit a little expensive but worth it in garage). Place was clean and some great games if with kids. Our master bedroom tub did not drain perfectly but that is an easy fix. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very very responsive host, no worries at all with communication in advance or during stay. Place has fun games inside, great sleeping area in the two main bedrooms with larger beds. Kitchen is very useful, has a place to dine if that is your thing. Very close to bar/music/restaurant activity ( actually pop out your door and you are in the scene)
