Hotel tres bien situé en plein centre de Cleveland. Parking à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, grande chambre avec une tres belle vue !

My husband and I live locally, but we booked here as a special treat to celebrate our anniversary. We chose this hotel because 1: pool 2:across from Playhouse Square 3:room service. We arrived planning to swim and then shower and get ready for the show. Instead, we waited for hours to get checked in because the system was down. We asked if we could at least use a room to get ready for our big night out and were told to change in the public restroom. So instead of getting ready in luxury or in the comfort of home, we had to change in a dirty public bathroom. While it wasn't the staff's fault that the system was down, they could have done a better job of finding a solution to all of us waiting in line, and focused on trying to make it a better experience rather than complaining that everyone was blaming them. When we could finally check in they gave us coupons for the breakfast buffet, which was something, but we were planning on room service. In the morning we called down for room service, and we were told that there wasn't any that day since they were doing the buffet. Nothing on the listing indicates that room service is only certain days. Since we hadn't gotten to swim the day before due to waiting in line for hours, we asked for a late check out. Initially we were told yes, then called back and told no. So 2 of the 3 reasons we booked here were a failure. We would have been better off staying at home. They made our anniversary worse. Disappointment and waste of money.

The location and amenities are great. You can walk to many places and there are many options to eat. The hotel is in the city so expect to pay a high price for parking. The staff and service was OK. They could be more friendly.

My family (of 3) and I enjoyed the hotel and the room we stayed so much. Located near many restaurants right in downtown Cleveland. It was fun to walk around. The room was spacious (we chose a king bed with a pullout sofa). Mainly because this room is bigger than a normal 2 queens or 1 king. Huge and clean bathroom. It’s just comfortable. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I truly have no complaint.

For the price we had to pay here are my complaints. Ice machine broke on our floor. They only give you 2 towels for room, so make sure to ask for more. If you buy breakfast ticket, they push for u to eat the buffet, but it’s a small bad one, and if you’re not there at beginning it’s old by the time u eat it. You can order off menu but they don’t want to tell you that for some reason. But the food would be better than the buffet I promise. Or u can even do both, which they don’t want to tell you. Valet is expensive and only had one worker during the ncaa tournament so except to wait long if you’re there for an event with lots of people.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Playhouse Theater. It was less than two blocks away, which was perfect! The lobby feels very historical & is well-appointed. The pool area is nice. Our room was a bit dated, but serviceable. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby. Bar/restaurant was a nice amenity, and I would definitely return!

The valet parking is very confusing and no real guidance. Overall stay was okay nothing extravagant, panties left on room floor when we arrived which was irritating.

I checked out of another hotel because it was run down and beat up. I checked into crowne plaza during the middle of the night and the guy at the front seat AARON was a huge help! He upgraded my room for the inconvenience of having to leave another hotel and also gave me late checkout. He definitely made my night and i appreciate him!
