« First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap. »

There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay.
