« I stayed there 3 nights and my room was never cleaned, they claimed It was because I added 2 extra days and they only clean every 3 days of staying there, other than that everything was nice »

« This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!! »

« It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily. »

« I reached there on my booking date and someone else was already in my room claiming that they have booking for the same room. So basically my room had double booking so i couldn't stay there. I tried to contact management or customer service but no one was accessible. I had to book another hotel and stay there. I have now applied for refund, which i hope i get 100 back.. »

« At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given.. »

« Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. Thankfully they had parking back there but was still an inconvenience when we left the hotel not by car. It...
