« I didn’t get to get on the pool, but the pool area was very clean. Loved the fireplace and patio. The staff was great very helpful. There’s a lot of food places and shopping areas near the hotel 5mins away. I would go back here again »

« Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. Situé à l'écart de l' autoroute, quartier peu bruyant et hôtel bien insonorisé. Beaucoup de restaurants et magasins aux alentours, idéal pour différentes visites dans le sud de Houston. Petit déjeuner très correct, céréales, bagels, gauffres, toast ... A recommander sans hésiter. »

« Room had a very bad moldy smell and the tv was going out. Went to front desk to explain and wasn't offered a situation other then to contact management on Monday morning. So we had to leave before midnight. And was still charged »

« This is a new property having only opened in the last few weeks. The room was clean, and well cared for except that the HOUSEKEEPING could have been more responsive and thorough. We had to request extra towels and a blanket for 2 days before we received them. The stair way doors were never cleaned—they still had construction dust on them. « Parking was easy, staff was amazing and my check in was fast and simple. Room was very clean and nicer than i expected. The restroom mirror even has a light and an option so it doesnt steam when you’re in the shower. Breakfast is nice and my room didn’t have a microwave and the front desk oerson let me use the one in their laundry room. i got the room for 1 night and ended up booking for a second night bc it was so nice. 10/10 recommend this palace! »
