« Floors and bathroom were filthy. They dont clean!! »

« Property was nice but I got there during an outside remodel which made you having to enter through the side doors. The guest laundry facilities need a refresh (looked dirty). Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week. « The hotel was fine. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The worst part was the breakfast. They only have what they call bagels (which was like eating a bun) several cereals and oatmeal packets. »

« The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. The linen was dingy and there were drain flies in the bathroom. I traveled 5 hours and picked that hotel because it was close to the Army National Guard unit. The...

« First we could not get into our room. The front desk person tried helping but wasn’t sure how to help. He called someone and he did get it open though the electronic key did not work. Then we got in the room and someone had been laying on the bed watching TV. The bed was messy and the pillows were all piled up. I asked for a new room and was told they did not have any. I left and found a new hotel. All this happened between 10:00 and 11:00 PM after traveling for 6 hours. »
