Nestled in a peaceful cul du sac, you are just a few minutes stroll to Clacton Beach with best in the class beach, leisure, shopping & dining options & also historic monuments of Clacton. Don't forget to rejuvenate yourselves with a dip in Clacton beach waters. Close to everything, an ideal home for a family of 8 or a group of leisure - business travellers.
The space
Welcome to Sunrise Villa, Clacton, a very centrally located contemporary self contained house, merely 5 mins drive to Clacton beach and Clacton Pier amusements.

Our properties offer a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing convenient access to explore the surrounding countryside, coastal areas, and nearby historic sites. A Very bright and airy house with light from both directions. Living room area is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows on all 3 sides. Living room comprises of a separate Lounge area with a 55'' big screen TV and Netflix. Living room also comprises of a luxurious and appetising dining area. Master bedroom has a Super king bed and high quality mattress and a TV with Netflix connection. Bedroom 2 has a comfy king size double bed with a high quality mattress. Bedroom 3 has a standard double bed. Bedroom 4 had a pull out standard single bed, upper level can sleep one adult and lower level can sleep another adult. Common bathroom is on first floor with an enticing bath to plunge yourselves into refreshing bubbles and relax after a thorough day out. Ground floor also comprises of a WC - Powder room. House has high speed broadband Wifi connection. Fresh White Beddings-Linen, Towels, Welcome pack of bottled water and Hotel grade premium toiletries are provided. Dining area has a space for 6 to 8 people to dine under a bright and airy conservatory overlooking a large private garden. Kitchen is full self contained with all sots of Cooking Utensils, Silverware and Glassware. Come Home.!

Although we welcome family and friends socialising, Parties and events are not allowed. Pets only allowed in ground floor kitchen, lounge area and garden. Young adults less than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
