A little Gem
The property had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable , we loved the crisp white bed linen . Everything felt fresh & clean . The welcome pack was a nice touch . We will be returning . Thank you Mark for such an excellent stay .

Perfect stay rain or shine.
Very enjoyable stay. Great view overlooking lake. Tennis courts, table tennis nearby and water sports club next lake over, with cafe! Lots of books, games, Netflix and Alexa for those rainy days.

Lovely relaxing break at this property, overlooking the lake. Its a great base to explore the Cotswolds or take part in the water sports in the area. We visited Cirencester for an afternoon, lots of small shops to browse. Dinner at the Lakeside Inn and The Royal Oak both great

Peaceful & perfect!
We rented the house over Easter. How lucky were we to have such fantastic sunshine. We sat on the patio soaking up the lake view and peace and quiet! The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) the kids played at the “beach” and the playground tennis , courts and football pitch with other children. Location was great. Accross road from sailing, paddle boarding , kayaking, cafes and restaurants to. Book ahead. But it’s really easy. The Cotswold park & beach resort was fab! Kids loved the inflatables! 8 min drive from the property. CoOp supermarket 5 min drive. With everything you need. House well stocked (olive oil, coffee tea, salt, pepper, milk , chocolates and even a surprise bottle of bubbles on arrival!) Mark was helpful, accommodating and super flexible. We would absolutely come back. Just the tonic to escape London for peace and quiet!!! Thank you !

We had a fantastic week here, the accommodation was perfect in size, facilities and could not be beaten in location. Opening the door to the lake each morning was the best start to the day. Peaceful and just perfect for our family.

Great short break
Lovely property with a great view. Comfy beds and sofas. Well equipped with everything you could need. Hubby and son enjoyed the fishing with their biggest catch being a 32lb carp in the windrush lake. Daughter and I went kayaking at the water park (south Cerney outdoor) which is next to this site and is accessible through the back gate. They have a dog friendly cafe there too. You can’t let dogs off around the isis & windrush site site which is fair enough because of all the wildlife. Closest supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. There are some local restaurants and food places, some within walking distance. Mark is a great host and very hands on and helpful. We would definitely return.

Relaxing lakeside stay
We had a great time staying on the lake. The house had everything we needed. We used our paddle boards the main reason for our visit, managed to play tennis and boules as well. Great location for local bars and restaurants. Will stay again.

We loved the estate, the quietness and facilities available. We have a 10 year old daughter and she was able to get out and about by herself to the playground and stream, plenty of kids around.
