« On arrival the staff were not welcoming. The hall and stairways are scruffy with a terrible smell. Room 7 is very in need of refurbishment. There is a terrible smell in the room of drains and stale air. There are dirty marks on the walls. The base of the bed and carpet are old and have soiled marks on. When the taps in the bathroom are turned on, when the toilet is flushed or when having a shower the noise from the pipes is very loud and sounds like a ships funnel. The room was bit vacuumed the...

« The wrong room has been given to us : we paid for an en suite room but the one given didn't have a bathroom. When we arrived, we had to wait 15 min for the manager to come to check in. At our check out, we were rudely woke up by someone from the hotel who threatened us to leave, otherwise we'll be charged.. »

« Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town. »

« This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm. »

« Room itself is fine Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee We would not recommend this place to anyone »
