« A beautiful little cabin that has been cleverly made from a mix of new and repurposed materials. Had everything you needed for bedding and in the kitchen. Wifi was very patchy so definitely don’t plan to do any computer time. It’s best for just switching off and watching the birds across the bush line. Just magic. »

« We stayed two nights and enjoyed the bush setting. Pity it wasn’t cold enough to have the fire on. Lounge comfortable. Has Foxtel but no wifi. Kitchen a bit small if you like to cook. Small fenced area attached to house so easy to toilet the dog. Host helped with fixing gas for hot water. Nice bath tub. Air conditioner and extra blankets available. »

« Great property, facilities and supplies were very good. Our main issue was the bunk beds do not have much head height on the lower bunk, and we could not use the top bunks for the kids as the safety rails only just reached the top of the mattress and they would fall out if rolled in the night. Otherwise very happy with the cabin and hosts. »

« This is our second visit here. It's a great place to stay for the weekend for two of us. The house is light and sunny, surprisingly spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. It has everything we need for an overnight stay, and the peaceful country setting is beautiful. Hopefully we'll be back next year. »

« Stood down by the river after i arrived and laughed out loud, so overjoyed to be there, couldnt quite belive how good it was. The roads look a bit rough but my minivan had no problems. Lots of wildlife, fast flowing stream, complete privacy and solitude. »

« We stayed from 23-26 April 2024. The places was clean and tidy and packed with all thr necesities. The Hidden Valley is in deed hidden. Just sounds of nature. You have to see to fully appreciate. Fiona and Mike were wonderful. They provided a lot of info about travelling there and things to do in the area. We will be back. »

« Had a lovely time in the tiny house, saw some wombats at night, swam in the beautiful river during the day and saw a turtle while exploring the property. The tiny house is very comfortable and cleverly designed with everything you need. The fire pit was awesome too as well as the beautiful sunset view. Would definitely love to come back. »

« The cottage is quaint and original with plenty of space and suitable for 3 couples . It's probably best described as "shabby chic" as the decor and furnishings are interesting but the cottage is not renovated completely which is part of its charm and makes it good value. It has a lovely view from the back deck and is a five minute walk from all the shops and cafes in Blackheath. . »
