The fourth floor features a queen bedroom, a relaxing common area, and access to a rooftop with a fire pit and seating area, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the views.

For parking, we offer two off-street parking spots directly across the street, and additional on-street parking is available nearby. Additionally, the home is equipped with two exterior security cameras. These cameras are used only in the event of an injury, break-in, or violation of our house rules. They are mounted solely on the exterior of the home and do not monitor or record any indoor spaces.
