Our property is located in the Betts-Longworth Historic District near downtown Cincinnati. This ten-block area, established in the early 19th century, is known for its rich architectural heritage, including Federal, Italianate, and Queen Anne styles. Notable landmarks include the Betts House and the Old Jewish Cemetery.

Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, the District has experienced renewed and robust growth since the early 2000s through a city-led redevelopment plan that blends new construction with historic preservation. Over 80 new homes have been built, many reflecting the area’s traditional architecture.

Our building, a three-story structure at John and Chestnut Streets, lies within the district. While its original use remains unconfirmed, we’ve heard it once operated as a bakery over a century ago.

We are perfectly located close to the vibrant Findlay Market and the energy of TQL Stadium! You`re in the heart of one of Cincinnati`s most flavorful neighborhoods, where local eateries and iconic tastes are all around.
