Listing tells it accurately
Great off downtown location. The description and photos are very accurate. Nice views of downtown, easy onstreet parking, Recently finished so all is relatively new, good internet. We were traveling with grandchildren and they loved it all. While there, we took in the Reds game, the aquarium and the zoo. All were convenient to the location. Kitchen was adequate for simple meals and utensils were in almost new condition.

Les points forts : Propreté, équipements, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
The property was very nice and comfortable. The couch was very roomy. It was convenient having two bathrooms and the view from the balcony was spectacular.
A couple things to consider if you have smaller children with you. The patio was great but the flooring had open holes and is uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. A child holding anything has the risk of dropping it through. The dining room table while modern and stylish was made of glass that wasn’t secured. If your child put any weight on it, it would start to flip over and could be a bad accident. If you are also new to Cincinnati, this area is very hilly and walking to areas nearby is difficult with a young one. It’s a short drive but something to consider if you plan to walk to OTR or Findley Market.

WONDERFUL Property!!!
WOW did this place exceed our expectations!! My two teenaged sons, their friend, and I truly enjoyed staying in unit 3 of this building for a night. The apartment was immaculately clean with modern, yet inviting decor. My oldest son and his friend went to a concert at the Heritage Bank Center (which was only a short 10-15 minute Uber ride from the property) while my younger son and I enjoyed a quiet evening in ordering DoorDash and watching Netflix. The view of the Cincy skyline from the balcony was spectacular. We were even able to perfectly see the fireworks show from the Reds’ game!I had an amazing night’s sleep in the comfy king size bed and my son also slept great in the queen size bed. I do want to mention that the queen sized bed is pretty low to the floor, so it could possibly be difficult to get up for some. The king sized bed sits not as low, but still lower than a bed with a traditional frame. I have a minor stability/walking disability, but had no trouble. As far as accessibility, there are about 20-25 stairs up to the third unit, but there is a railing. There are also 2-3 concrete steps to enter the building without a railing. This made it slightly difficult for me, but I was able to get up with my cane and using my son’s arm.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. My one (very minor) wish is that they would have had ice cube treys. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would love to come back and stay longer!!

Urban living in quiet neighborhood
Well-appointed two bedroom apt, conveniently located within walking (climbing!) distance of downtown amenities and university area. Easy street parking. My two gripes: mattress was a bit too hard for my taste and the bedroom shades did not do much to darken the room for a light sleeper like me.

Concert and 18th bday celebration
Came to Cincinnati for a concert and my sons birthday. Property was clean. The neighborhood and views are just ok. It is close to downtown and easy access to interstate. The balcony is shared between floors in the building. You can hear a little noise throughout the building. Checking in was easy and communication before and during the stay was great. Overall i would recommend this property.

Wonderful home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the past four days. The property was very clean and had all the basic living necessities. management was communicative and helpful. We loved exploring the Cincy area, many nearby activities and grocery store. Driving was about 5 minutes to many places. Parking was easy and convenient. the patio with comfy swinging chair's offered a great view."
