This unit is one block from the bike/walking trail Wasson Way which will take you to Ault Park in one direction and Xavier in the other direction.
This apartment is on the first floor of a duplex and has a private entrance from the front and rear. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The house is located on a quiet gaslit street that is very family friendly and located across the street from a city park. Off street parking is readily available. Coinless laundry is available.
