Hotel was fine. Clean. Check in was smooth except I was charged 75.00 usd for my dog. Did not argue with the 2 young guys working the front desk. Nothing they could do. Checked the Expedia website later and found it said 50.00 for a pet. Showed the manager the next morning and they reimbursed me the 25 dollars.

The hotel was right off the interstate and close to places to eat. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and the eating area was comfy. I would stay there again.

The hot tub and pool were closed which was disappointing for our daughter. We were planning to spend the evenings at the hotel relaxing by the pool. Hotel room floor was a little dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was pretty good. Average stay

Great place to stay.
The person was very nice and the room was very nice and seeing on the TV with my name is very different from other hotels also I like that in the bathroom that it has the big bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for sensitive and regular people. So that when you forget your items for the bathroom. Love it. I will come there when I come to town. I will recommend people also.

Check in was smooth, hotel rooms were clean. Our only complaint was the pool was closed upon arrival and we were not told about that in advance.

Too much noise
The stay was ok. Everything was nice & clean. Excellent service at the front desk at check in time. The only complaint is the room I was in I could hear a lot of noise like a furnace or machine kept going on and off, so I didn’t sleep well. I probably would stay again because I never experienced that at other Hamptons and hopefully it won’t happen again.

The only thing I was not happy with was the pool was out of control had a beat a bunch of kids, jumping in the hot tub and the pool when you said something to the staff, they did nothing about it
