Bathroom door handle was broken, puke stain on floor and breakfast had nothing for kids. No pancakes or waffles and no apple juice. They charged me $75 for my dog but stated pet friendly with no mention of a fee on the site. Would not stay here again. Very disappointing
Rooms had no fresh air at all, windows are sealed and hosts cannot use the air conditioning at convenience. Excess of use of fragances at guests shared areas. Considerably noisy at night. Had a skin reaction after first night that went away as soon as returned to the use of water at home.
Room was clean. Staff was polite.
The only thing that I would say that was a negativeâŠthe cologne the front desk staff was wearing was extremely obnoxious. Iâm not a scent-sensitive person, but this was overbearing and overpowering.
The room they put is in smelked strongly of urine and had a big yellow strain in the middle of the carpet. We were surprised they would even open such a room to a guest. They did relocate us to another room next door which was better but also not up to the standard of cleanliness I would expect for a Hilton property.
When I got to my room, I noticed a large stain on the carpet, and the carpet was wet. I assume housekeeping cleaned the carpet, but it had not completely dried, nor removed the stain. There were orange colored marks on the wallpaper by the toilet, and also on one couch cushion. The TV was not working so I contacted the front desk, but no one came to assist. The room was near the elevator, and very noisy from people yelling in the hallway. I will never stay here again.
We LOVE Hampton Blue Ash!! We travel from South Dakota with Brandon Valley Indoor Percussion and will never run out of good things to say about the facility and staff. See you next year!
During check-in I was asked by the clerk if they could change my room. I agreed to change. Once I entered the room I found a roller paint tray on bathroom counter, a dirty toilet, and a non-functioning heating and cooling unit. This room clearly had not been inspected, and all I got from the clerk was, sorry I will inform management
Hotel amenities were lacking - 2 of 3 treadmills were not working and the 3rd one stopped while I was running; blankets were as thin as sheets; had to ask to shampoo and conditioner; and pool hardly had any towels.
