As my kids and I were in our room, another party was also checked into our room leaving my oldest child concerned as he was afraid someone would be able to come in through the night. This again happened to another family who was upset about it in the lobby and was simply told it was a “glitch”. The pool water was cloudy and cold, overwhelming smell of chemicals but they part was tolerable. Shower in the room was dirty. Room was on the bottom floor and strongly smelled of mildew. Thankfully we were only there for a night, as this momma didn’t get any sleep and definitely couldn’t have done a second night.

The staff was beyond amazing and so nice, very clean, clean pool, pretty good breakfast, only down fall was not being able to afford it longer to stay more.

My experience was great… the staff was friendly and that’s always a plus. Crystal from the night shift was super accommodating when I needed to resolve an issue with one my room. I definitely will be back.

The only thing I would change i would have pool close at 8pm. Very loud kids in the pool until 10pm. Difficult to rest with loudness. The family were loud in general at breakfast going intostairs etc. The parents were loud at breakfast shouti hover kids to be heard. Other than encounter with rudeness demonstrated by the family

The location was convenient to multiple dining option less than 6 miles, very easy to navigate. For those flying, it’s convenient to the airport and they transport, but it is also very quiet. The afternoon we check in, it appeared they were short staff but lady checking us in was very friendly while multitasking. My group was 10 and another school group plus individual.

AC/Heater unit broken first nite. Disrepectful employee used profanity when i asked to see manager. Noisy mini fridge had to be unplugged to sleep. Moved to another room second nite above laundry. Very noisy. Had to ask them to turn off macines at 11pm! This room also had noisy fridge. This hotel failed at the fundamentals of innkeeping.
