KITCHEN Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four bar stools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island.
LIVING ROOM, the kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone!

The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location. Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar. âą Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
âą Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
âą Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
âą Please take care of the furnishings.
âą Please donât rearrange the furniture.
âą No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
âą You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
âą Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
âą Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
âą Please pick up after your dog.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
