Along with the amazing amenities, this. 1 bed/1 bath apartment features high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen & living area, a dedicated work space, in-unit laundry and a king-sized bed. There is ample closet space for storage and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a long day.

Located in the Central Business District in Downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Great American Ball Park/Paul Brown Stadium, Fountain Square, U.S Bank Arena, the Banks, Over-the-Rhine, and much more.

Please note parking is not included.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

Background Check & Government ID required to check-in.

➀A fully refundable $250 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.

➀Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.

➀Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.

➀Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
➀Check-in: Flexible after 4pm

➀Check-out: 11AM

➀Quiet Hours: 9PM on weeknights, 10PM on weekends

《 Security Deposit Policy 》
➀ A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.


《 NO SMOKING 》
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.

《 PETS 》
All service animals must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests.

《 SERVICE ANIMAL ETIQUETTE》
Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.

《 NO PARTIES》
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
➀A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
➀$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 GARBAGE 》
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

《 SHOES》
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》
We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
➀Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
➀Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom.
➀Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.
➀We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

《 KEYS & FOBS 》
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $15O WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150 for keys and $150 for fobs. Please return keys and fobs to desk at the time of check-out. Key and fobs that are not returned to front desk will be deemed lost and may be subject to replacement fees.

*For security purposes, only one fob and key will be provided per unit. Requests for an additional fob or key are subject to approval and will incur a charge of $50 for a fob and $10 for a key.*

*The pool and hot tub hours are as follows:
Sunday - Thursday 7am - 11pm
Friday - Saturday 7am - 12am

Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.

We do not allow mail or package delivery to our listing address for short-term stays. This is due to our inability to accept responsibility for locating your package or for any items that may be missing or damaged.

Complicated Check In, Petty Management

The property looks beautiful in pictures. The amenities of the building are there, but the pool area was filthy. Dirty scum all over the floor. After you book, you're prompted to agree to a background check, submit licenses of all the guests and encounter a lot of back and forth for a short weekend stay. There were two of us, and there were exactly two towels and no wash clothes. There's a pool and hot tub in the building, but when we asked for towels for the pool or hot tub, we were told we had to use the one towel provided. We left a blanket in the unit that we had to get from our car to use in place of a towel. To send it back, we had to pay 60, which we did because the blanket was sentimental. I would not recommend at all. Parking is also a huge problem in the neighborhood.
