« Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you »

« Room was clean staff pick up phone in a timely manner when I had concerns No elevator so walking up 5 flights of stairs was challenging not recommended if you can’t walk up stairs. Luggage storage small not secured Plus walking distance to youngsan station »

« Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples. »

« I had an issue and the staff helped me in the best way possible. Very kind and thoughtful. »

« Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful. »

« Magnifique vue mais un peu exentré »

« Très bonne hotel. 5/5 »
