« The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

« Room was excellent, very helpful staff, really enjoyed the full breakfast at La Quinta. There were two challenges with our stay; first, the side door at the bottom of the stairwell was always open, making it easy for anyone without a card key to enter the building; and second, the pool was easily accessible, but it had not been cleaned, so we spent the first 15 minutes cleaning and skimming the pool before we got in. Location is awesome; easy access to the highway to our destinations in Garden...

« my family and me got three rooms they were all supposed to have microwave and refrigerator not all rooms did the beds were supposed to be queens they weren't they didn't have hot water there were roaches crawl I the microwave and refrigerator the toilet seat was broke there was Holes in the wall the showers were nasty had hair everywhere and there was hair on one of the beds when we walked in they came by the room to see if we needed towels or anything this was the worst trip I've ever took...

« Staff is not friendly and the front desk guy have lot of attitude and the keys was not working for door locks my room was on 3rd floor the key was not working & he gave me another room on 4th floor. 413 room was also same issues and finally he opened the door with master key. And i entered in the room. Restroom was not clean water is not flushing room was smelling very terrible experience and fire alarm was also beeping for 1 hour in whole building. No one was taking caree. 60$ for one night...
