« The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

« Beware of Hidden Fees on Deposits. I left a "100% refundable" security deposit with this business. However, when it was returned, they deducted the credit card processing fees from my money. When I asked about it, they claimed the front desk informed me of this policy, but I have absolutely no recollection of that ever being stated. Square's rules explicitly state that merchants should not use standard transactions for security deposits, and processing fees are a business cost—not something to...
