« L’accueil à là réception était nul et il a fallu s’expliquer pendant une 30 min sur la chambre qu’on avait réservé. La chambre était supposé être 2 lits jumeaux mais l’employé à la réception ne voulait pas honorer notre réservation par Expedia. Elle voulait 75 $ additionnels et disait que Expedia faisait de la fausse publicité. »
