This upper-level studio offers a versatile open-plan layout combining the kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas. Please note one flight of stairs is required to access the studio upstairs.

It features a balcony for outdoor relaxation and a Murphy-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

Enjoy modern comforts with a 50-inch Smart TV and reliable high-speed WiFi. The full-sized bathroom is well-appointed with a tiled shower, a heated bidet toilet, and a modern vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer and dryer combination machine for added convenience. Ideal for a stylish and practical living experience.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note currently there is a construction site nearby, so some construction noises may be experienced during your stay.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

We allow pets but please be a responsible owner. Extra charges may apply.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including the enclosed balcony and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
