« I stayed with my mother atthe end of a 2 week holiday, or a last few days together. The entire process from booking, to checking in, paying and leaving was simple. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and comfortable and also close to shops and the walking distance to the CBD. One thing to remember - Cars parked on the street can be a bit tricky to navigate dependant on the size of your car when reversing out of the driveway. Definitely on my list for our next holiday. »

« This was like a home away from home. Electronic key took any worry about keys away; proximity to the city was excellent; easy drive to supermarket, and easy to access other locations. Accommodation was warm and had everything needed for a self sufficient and easy stay. We loved that the table was set and the welcoming touches such as lights on, towel rails on, and heated toilet seats! That was a new experience. Not one complaint. »

« Place was central and close to all main highways but Christchurch is an easy city to get lost in so always carry a map with you. Place although close to Lincoln Road it is quiet location. We left a few small suggestions on ways to improve future quests experiences. »

« Poor communication re booking in, I didn't receive any emails to confirm check in arrangements and when I called, customer service was quite rude. Street parking. Great accommodation for young and fit, three levels, too many stairs. »

« This was ideal for my daughter and mother in law. One small caveat I wasn’t clear there were 3 floors and stairs are very tricky for my aging MiL, but that may be my reading of the ad. Great spot. »

« Property was well kept and centrally located for all our needs. Property mgmt team was quick to fix a couple of minor issues. Overall layout of property was a win especially with housing 3 family groups with each having their own quite space if needed. Size of lounge and dining space spot on for a large family group »

« Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. It’s a lovely place to stay and a clearly loved home. »

« This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. Le studio était propre, bien équipé avec micro onde et vaisselle pour prendre petits déjeuners ou repas en chambre si souhaité mais le point noir est l'absence totale d'une table et de deux chaises. « le studio ne correspond pas à la description sauf si un toaster et un micro-ondes sont des kitchenettes. pas de cuisine possible ! on m'a proposé de changer de chambre pour$50 de supplément par nuit. exagéré ! la chambre est un véritable sauna par "grand beau" et le malheureux ventilateur est impuissant face à cela. le personnel a été très sympa mais ne peut l'impossible. pour visiter la ville, c'est l'endroit idéal. le parking (payant) est très bien. »
