The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A comfortable dining area is set up inside for meals together. The living room includes a sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round. Under the stairs you will find an ironing board, vacuum, clothes rack, umbrellas, and a generous supply of toys, puzzles, and bean bags — perfect for younger guests.

Step outside to the front yard where a private dining area seats 4, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals.

Upstairs you will find the bedrooms features a queen beds, a spacious wardrobe, portable heater, and electric fan. A porta cot and high chair are available in this room for families travelling with young children. This bathroom with toilet bidet and shower. A dedicated workspace with a monitor and printer sits on the upper floor — easy and convenient for guests working remotely during their stay.

A washer and dryer combo machine is located on the ground floor, simple to use and accessible throughout your stay.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed — requests are welcome and we`ll do our best to help.

Please treat the space with care — this is a privately owned home.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
