Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly built 2-storey 1 bedroom 1 bathroom comes complete with a private courtyard facing Middleton Park. Enjoy the park views right from the comfort of the bedroom through a Juliette balcony and courtyard.
Complete with Queen bed, office/study nook, free carparking space with EV charger and fully equipped kitchen. This home away from home is the perfect escape, come enjoy Christchurch from this peaceful park setting. High speed internet.
Ground floor has the open plan kitchen, living, entertaining area and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Large sofa to enjoy the 50 inch smart TV. Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated seat, heated towel rail and vanity.
Upper floor accessible via stairs only.
Sofa bed located in the living room to accommodate an extra 2 guests. Sofa bed linen is an additional fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, Hob, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

In the surrounding streets, you'll also find free parking options, ensuring you can easily find a spot nearby.
Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

This residence only has one designated parking space, please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wharenui Road or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
