« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all. Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward. The bathroom, like so many other motels, was inadequately ventilated. There are literally countless spots on the entire bathroom ceiling of black mold. « We are traveling with our dog. The first room smelled strongly of cat urine and gave me a headache. We asked if there was another room available. The clerk took us to another room. It didn’t smell. We move everything to the new room and crawl into bed to find a plate size wet spot. I head to the front desk and she is very apologetic. We get a third room that had dry sheets and less of a smell. « Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and had good stay this time was. Or good. Room had musty Oder, pool was closed “for repair” and water in pool was green. Room upon arrival had obviously not been vacuumed and had food crumbs, plastic drink ring and other debris on carpet. Room is serviced only every third day so no clean towels until requested. « Would like to see breakfast hours extend to 10:00. Often ran out of coffee & extras during heavy traffic times. Room was nice & clean. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. »

« The hot tub was broken and the pool reeked of chlorine, but that can happen at places. The most concerning part was never was the room cleaned during my 6 day stay. I had to take out the trash myself, request towels multiple times,the linen was stained, and there was mold in the bathroom.
