« Our group had a great time staying here. There were only 4 of us so the condo felt very large which was great. The location was good, close to downtown and several golf courses which was the reason for our trip. The condo was slightly outdated (peeling paint, odd smoky odor, etc.) but that didn’t impact our stay at all. « This house is walking distance from Lower Beech Pond which is incredible swimming in silky water. The house was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is also a hiking trail nearby, Moody Mt. trail, with a rustic cabin at the top. This is very close to Wolfeboro for shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to any questions too. We're glad we stayed here!! »

« Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. « Keegan was a great host. The house is newer and fit our needs, perfectly. We only stayed one night but it would be a house we were certainly stay in again when we go skiing in NH. »

Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. Already planning for next year! »
