Dear Jason,Thank you for posting a review! We are sorry to see that your experience was not up to standards. We do have the 100.00 incidental charge explicitly stated in all the websites under fees and policies. At the time of check-in if you would have notified front desk about not able to use the stairs, we would have happily accommodated you on the ground floor. And regarding the gym, we do not have any additional fees to use the premises, the fee that you were notified about was regarding late checkout fee of 15 if needed. We apologize sincerely for not providing you with a better stay.
