« Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the bed linens had visible stains, which made the space feel unsanitary and uncomfortable to stay in. These issues were present at check-in. The host did eventually respond and offered to change the sheets, but given the overall condition of the unit upon arrival, we did not feel confident that the property met basic cleanliness standards. « Had a wonderful stay at this unit. The unit was the perfect size and included everything we needed for our visit to Harrison Hot Springs. Only a few short minutes to the beach and restaurants, free parking, and a beautiful balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. If we ever go back to Harrison, I will definitely try to rent this place again. »

« The second bedroom feels more like an office with a small bed settee in it. To be second bedroom, it should have a proper double bed in it and shutters on the door windows. The couple who used this as a bedroom didn't get that great a nights sleep.Its a shame as its a lovely, modern, well equipped property in an amazing location. »

"Where do I start… dusty room(made me congested the entire three days, couldn’t sleep), washroom door doesn’t even close properly, screaming shower head (squealing noise the entire shower every time), loud until late (if your room faces the pool), you can hear everyone in the hallway. Staff were very friendly and helpful though, as usual. But I wouldn’t stay in the old building for the reasons above. Newer building rooms are better. I only stayed in the old building this time because no other rooms were available."
