Cheap doesn't always equal bargain
Possibly the most run down hotel I have stayed in, and I've worked all over Latin America and Russia....so that says a lot. Room was "clean" but smelled of weed, old beer and other fluids as well as relatively freshly repaired holes in the drywall, looked like a hell of a time. Other patrons looks to be living there, or out of their vehicles, or both.... Yes it's cheap, yes its old....splurge on an additional 20 or 40 bucks and stay elsewhere in Chickasha

Find another place
No heat, wind whistled through the door, mattresses were old, dirty, and worn out. Never again…rather sleep under a wagon on a saddle blanket.

The place was a pit rented a room with a king size bed it got a room with 3 double beds. one one was safe to sleep in the door keys did not work our card was run before we arrived 10 minutes after arriving we told them we were leaving an want a refund was not given it I have picture of our dirty unsafe room would love to share .Also while in our room a man with a key to our door came walking in Saty away from this place not clean or safe

This is notba probably rated hotel. There not even a lobby to check in. This should be a very low low rated hitel should not coat any where close to$85 a night. Not safe to stay with little ones. I could see outside with the door locked.

pulled up to it and was a mess broken down vehicles drug deal going on guy with gun on hip in parking lot drove right out of there was not going to stay at a crack den every door looked as if it had been kicked in at least once

Not what I was expecting
The pictures didn't make the actual hotel. The room was rather run down. House keeping only came once during our 3 night stay. The tv did not work. But at least it was clean.

Never again!
Pictures are a far cry from reality! Baseboards coming off. Was supposed to be a king suite, not even sure we had a queen. Other people food left in refidgerator. Popcorn kernals scattered on floor. Half used lotion bottles left in bathroom. Adult sent Young daughter to window for me to check in. Nobody would come to window for me to check out. Not comforting when 2 cop cars are sitting outside your room.

No one at desk, desk was a little hole in a wall. Not cold water in sink. Was very dirt outside and around property. Carpet in room was torn in spots. Towels were paper thin. Am handicapped and asked for first floor room, got a second floor room up steep steps. People in parking lot were working on cars and trucks, looked like a repair shop. Would not recommend this even if the price was $1.00

Needs to be cleaned up!
The pool was not filled and the water that was in the pool was dirty like the picture on the advertisement on the web site. The room was dirty and furniture was dirty. I will not stay there again.

Probably won’t stay here again
The bed was comfortable & the water was hot. Very roomy, but there was trash under the beds, cigarette burns in the comforters & curtains. This could be a great place it just needs some upkeep. Front desk was very friendly & helpful.

The location was convenient in location to the ball fields. I know and understand that we didn't check in until 1230 or so in the morning and I woke up the people that lived there, but was expecting a night attendant. The room, did not look like any of the rooms on this site, dont know if it was going to be remodeled or what, but not what we were expecting. It was two rooms put together only one side had a a/c/heater, so we put our children on that side. There was a couple going up and down the outside stairs and definitely having an argument at the top of their lungs, until 330-4 am. The people above us sounded like they were having a brawl, suspect it was the couple that was outside my husband and my window. On the way home, our daughter started to complain of her arm itching, we looked at it and she had been bitten up and down her arm and they look like bed bug bites. She had nothing on her arm before she went to sleep. All in all one of our worst experiences in a motel and not worth the price we paid. This is one hotel we will never return to during a tourney weekend.

Rude awakenings
I was woke up with the front desk knocking, then opening the door at 8am to tell me check out was at 11am. Went back to sleep for a bit to wake up to housekeeping opening the door again at 915am. Luckily the chain was latched! Beds were comfy but that’s it. The hotels needs updates and work on not barging into rooms.

We had to go buy bedding and pillows from Walmart. We used them without washing them first risking whatever chemicals and yuck they’d come in contact with rather than use the sheets that hadn’t been changed between guests. The single pillow provided smelled like vomit and urine. There was a used q-tip on the floor. Roaches in the room. We literally said,”it’s only for one night.” at least a dozen times. Ugh! I get chills just thinking about it.

Horrible place to stay!
It was the worst place I've ever stayed. Some sort of white, smeared stain on the curtain & ottoman, spilled and dried liquid on nightstand, both chairs were visibly stained/dirty, stained carpets, horrible bathtub, 2nd door to Suite didn't have a lock but had a mini fridge with microwave (that didn't work) in front of it, the second lock (slide lock) had no head to slide in lock and 2 cops showed up at room next door. However, the bed/sheets were clean.

Americas Best Bed Bug Motel
Americas Best Value in Chickasha Oklahoma should be called Americas best "Bed Bug Motel", Dirty , stained carpets, peeling tile torn and soiled towels & sheets. cigarette burns filthy! ! The worse part is that there were bed bugs and my traveling companion was the victim of over twenty Bed Bug Bites!!! Stay away from this Motel !!! It is terrible and should be shut down by the Health Department !!
