Delightful 2Bed Lodge in Downland Village - Pass the Keys
Have a wonderfully relaxing time in this beautifully decorated stable conversion. Foodies will love the great gastro pubs and restaurants within walking distance in the village and you are close to the South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour AONB and attractions such as West Dean Gardens, the beaches at the Witterings and the world famous Goodwood Estate with it's horse and motor racing events. There's a pretty outdoor area overlooking the meadow for drinks and al-fresco dining.
This charming stable conversion offers cosy accommodation with two bedrooms, both with luxury king beds and en-suite shower rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious and is open plan with the sitting room and dining area. A large bi-fold door fully opens with views of the the meadow beyond! Retire to the comfortable sofas after dinner for a relaxing movie or just a catch up chat with your friends and family. The outdoor space offers a lovely space for alfresco dining or a sundowner.
There are allocated parking spaces for two cars. The lodge is all on one level. The villages of Funtington and West Ashling are both walkable, with a choice of country pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with buses to Chichester.
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
