Situated in the South Downs AONB, less than a mile from the waterfront at Bosham Harbour and less than 6 miles from Goodwood, not to mention only 9 miles from West Wittering Beach. This private residence is set in 3.5 acres of gardens and surrounded by fields and woodlands.

Cedar House nestled in a beautiful part of Old Bosham and is discreetly hidden yet perfectly located to reach the local harbour, beaches, shops and pubs.

As soon as you turn into the driveway, you're sure to be impressed. A large, manicured front lawn with towering trees leads to an equally impressive main residence with Cedar House tucked away at the rear with 6 parking spaces available for guest use. ★ HEATED INDOOR POOL HOUSE & SPA COMPLEX★

The Spa Complex is not included in standard bookings at Cedar House, this is an optional extra which is chargeable at the rates below.

The brand new luxury spa complex has been finished to the highest possible standard and is one of the most exclusive and luxury private spa facilities in the UK. It has views out into the surrounding gardens and woodland and is a huge space, spanning over 2,400 sq ft. There is easy access from Cedar house and the impressive space is the perfect addition to your stay and is open all year round.

The pool house can be booked for additional costings:

- £90 per 1.5 hour session

Had a great time at the property. Such an amazing place with the pool complex being the heel in the crown. we took three dogs who were welcomed. It would have been nice to have a secluded garden so the owners my want to segregate the garden aa and when other people are staying there. Great location and lovely owner. Thanks

We arrived with a set of 2 yrs old twins, the garden designated our use had building equipment strewn about and not secured, clearly unsafe for our young. DVD player did not function. Scant soap and personal items that one might have expected. No welcome basket of any description given min 4 day booking , more than a bit stingy. Stange window frosting to made the interior feel most closed in. Would not choose to stay again

Modern with good location.
Lovely property, modern and well equipped. Location is great for Chichester, Roman Palace, Bosham is a quaint port/village and the beaches of Wittering. When we stayed there was much work and noise. Workmen were on roofs and we had to keep blinds shut as they were working only a few feet from our lounge and bedrooms. This made the property a little dark. This will not be a problem in the future but ask exactly where the work is if you are here prior to summer 2022.

Very modern house - in walking distance of Bosham - about 10-15 minute walk
The property is modern - with high standard bathrooms and beds. Wifi is good. In walking distance of pubs and harbour in Bosham (good for a run) and the village on the main road where there are also 2 co-ops and a decent Indian takeaway. Great for a family reunion - our Nan's 80th - with two sons and girlfriends. Highly recommended. Good for dogs. Good base for visiting Chichester and West Wittering.

Huge, stunning, luxury house
Beautifully kept property with really generous sized rooms and spaces. Fixtures and fittings high quality and real care regarding decoration and a sense of ‘home’. 2 bedrooms either end of the building so great for separate families and groups to achieve different configurations. So much crockery and cutlery, really generous! Excellent security, felt incredibly safe and lots of privacy. Would love to come again.

Wonderful Bank Hol getaway
Kelly's apartment and grounds of the property are just beautiful! The rental is well made and finished to an extremely high standard. We were staying with our children, friends and their children (8 people in total) and there was ample space to configure the rooms the way that we needed. And it was also lovely to have the space to cater for us all and to be able to all sit in one place etc. We had such a great time! Kelly is a great host who responds to messages quickly and is clear with instructions and rules. The only feedback we'd give is that the gates to the property are sometimes temperamental, there were a couple of occasions when we couldn't get in and we had to use the main gates in the end. The problem seemed to have righted itself by the end of our stay though.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful area
We had a great holiday at Cedar House - this is really spacious, very high-spec and beautifully designed accommodation with responsive owners/property manager in a lovely part of the country - fantastic! Lots to do locally too, highlights for us were alpaca walking with Dunreyth Alpacas and paddle-boarding with TJ Board Hire. Highly recommended!

Amazing property, everything done to the highest spec possible - massive bedrooms and lots of room for 2 families to holiday. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts, lovely pubs a short walk away - great base for exploring Sussex. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at cedar house was amazing. From start to finish 5 stars. Owner Dan a great guy and very helpful. Kids loved the large garden and the adults enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to Portsmouth and Bognor. The apartment itself was outstanding with everything cover from hot tap to beds. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Fantastic stay
We’ve had a lovely stay at Cedar House- only have positive comments. Beautiful rural location. The home is stunning- clean and nicely decorated. We are a family of 8 who stayed there and it felt spacious for us. Large garden for us to use and the pool is a bonus -especially with the children. Good communication with the homeowner who welcomed us when we arrived and was easy to contact throughout our stay. We all had an amazing stay and would definitely visit again!
