The staff was all really friendly. The neighborhood was clean and within walking distance to public transportation, bars, and restaurants. All of the businesses we visited were really friendly and helpful.

Big room however a little dated. The carpet felt dirty but everything else was clean. The radiator was on in our bathroom which made it even hotter than it already was. To keep it cool we had to run the a/c all the time which was very noisy. Great location. Easy walking to wrigley, shops and restaurants and in a quiet pretty neighborhood.

The Majestic is located in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent proximity to Wrigley Field and the lake. The hotel could use some upgrades. The hallway carpets are thread bare. The living room in our suite had furniture that looked pieced together from a thrift shop, the sofa had tattered edges and I felt like I might fall through it when I sat down! The beds did have good sheets and were comfortable but the rooms could use a coat of paint and lastly, I didn’t want walk barefoot on the carpet. The $400 room rate per night was way too high for the room which did not live up to advertised quality.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful after our room key would not work on our door! The staff helped us pack and change suites. Options were given to us on local restaurants, and we had some delicious pasta and sandwiches for some late night room service. We checked out the next morning. The rooms were comfortable although outdated. The beds were very comfortable. Two TVs were nice for a family. Would stay again!!!

Great location! Super friendly and helpful staff. Parking option is convenient. Our room smelled a bit musky like the carpet was old/in need of a refresh, but overall loved the charm of the hotel. Oh! And a bonus was the ceiling fan in our room!! Bed was comfy too!

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Only suggestion I would have to go along with the 2 refrigerators and the microwave would be to put a coffee pot in the room with coffee.

The hotel was an easy walking distance to Wrigley and had early parking available so we could leave our car before the game. Hotel is clean and has a lot of charm to it, being older. The water took an extremely long time to warm up for a shower (5-10 mins) but eventually got there. As an older hotel, it's not very sound insulated from other guests being loud in the hallway on their way back from a night out, but overall the hotel was quiet and the stay was a good experience.

Walls are a little thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours. With ear plugs, not a big issue. Otherwise, a lovely property in a great location.

I really liked the baseball themed décor and that it was walking distance to Wrigley Field. The bed was comfortable and the room we stayed in was nice because it had a living area separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay if you dont need to park. If you need to park thats a whole different situation as the parking is in a different building run by different people. If you dont have alot of things with you then maybe its not so bad. but anything more than 2 bags and its a whole production. Just be prepared to do some walking if you need to park. I took off one star because the parking situation is so atrocious.

I was downtown for a concert at Aragon so only stayed one night. I'm glad I read the reviews so nothing was a surprise! Check in was easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Have to unload at the entrance if you have a ton of stuff and use valet parking located around the corner from the hotel. The elevator is super small! I used it to haul all my stuff on a cart but used the stairs to go back and forth. My room was nice enough. It was definitely dated but super clean and spacious. I liked that there is a fridge and separate living area. The bed was very comfortable too. I missed the reviews alerting how loud the radiators are! I almost called the front desk because it sounded like someone was trying to come thru the floor of my room! My bathroom was nice just an old and very low toilet which had problems flushing. There's also no shelf space in there for girls who have a lot lady products but I made it work. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It's definitely a great location if you plans in the area. I'd stay again.

This place is so nice, right when you step in it smells amazing. The lobby area was very clean and inviting. The building is old and the room was a little dated but the rooms are clean and very spacious. I loved my experience at this place. The staff was courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others.

The deadbolt was jammed, so couldn’t possibly work as in it was deliberately jammed. We called the front desk to fix it, and they never showed up to move rooms. We felt really uncomfortable, so we left.
