I was overcharged for parking for 3 car instead of 1. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room because somehow it had been cancelled. I don’t know if this was Expedias fault or Residence Inn. Breakfast eggs were uncooked (very runny )scrambled eggs. Oatmeal was just hot water and oats also not heated or cooked. The only good thing about it was the walking distance to the allstate arena.

I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient.

We chose this property because it was close to our activities, but the property charges $18 for parking, we were on the 2nd floor and had Ants in our rm building didnt connect, so for breakfast we had to go outside in the rain to get to the building they serve breakfast . That would be a no thx !

It was very accommodating, I even was out till 1am and found an all night subway in the area to get some food I didn't get a chance to eat all day.

The room was a spacious studio apartment with a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Free breakfast and airport transportation.

Great location if you want to be near the OHare airport. The hotel it’s 3 minutes walk to few stores like Chipotle, iHop, Chilis, Panda Express, and if you want to shop Ross and Target. The breakfast it’s very good at the hotel.

Honestly the hotel itself wasnt outstanding or anything and that's fine! The part that was outstanding though was the overnight shift worker that was manning the desk. He was an absolute treasure and very helpful and easy to chat with. I didnt get his name unfortunately but he made the stay at the hotel just delightful.

We had a concert and didn’t want to drive home late back to Chicago only the pull out bed we had a hard to to get it open but everything else was excellent, we recommend to family and friends thank you you didn’t disappoint

Our room was nice. Pretty slacious. Very nice staff. One outlet in our bathroom didnt work so we had to plug the hair dryer into an outlet outside the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms when we turned on the shower a bunch of little hairs came out and filled the tub which was kind of gross. Im guessing they clean the showers without running the water...and we found a black hair in our eggs but the rest of the breakfast was great. Good selection. I mean, I guess it happens.

Nice hotel for a night’s stay
We ended up spending a night here due to flight delay and missed connection. Close to airport with free airport shuttle and commentary breakfast. Well maintained Nice helpful staff.

I tried to use the shuttle but the staff gave me totally inadequate directions to meet the shuttle. I waited 45 minutes in freezing temperatures only to watch their shuttle bus drive right by me twice. I eventually took a cab.

Disappointed this time
There’s a broken piece of glass on the floor and gave me a tiny cut on my left heel and my fiancée. The bathroom door needs to be fixed because of the door knob issue and not closing/locking at all. The bed sheet (2nd layer) had blood stain. The body wash needed refill.

Good hotel in need of TLC.
Rooms definitely needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Carpets were quite dirty. The whole hotel is in serious need of a major refresh ! However, the staff were very nice and accommodating.

No variety of breakfast. Same food venue everyday. The breakfast was quite disappointing and mundane for 5 days. The sausage and ham were inedible and caused stomach discomfort to my partner.
