Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la ville. équipement un peu minimaliste (pas de chaussons, produits beauté limités). Lobby froid et peu cosy. Pas de canapés pour s'installer. Lobby un peu hall de gare. L'hôtel mériterait de développer une déco plus chaleureuse et moins fonctionnelle façon hôtel à séminaire. Petit déjeuner très cher en terme de rapport qualité prix

I didn’t like the $125 per night hold on my card. I ended using the hold for “incidentals” to eat at the hotel restaurant MJ’s steak house. Very disappointed in my $420 meal.

Hotel is in very good location, a little outdated and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel. This was just as a Springhill hotel around I-95….

Property very beautiful, location good for walking and tourist attractions! Uber had issues picking up at the location but its ok. Rooms were nice very clean and big , only issue is you can hear all of the sirens all night. The pool was magnificent warm water very deep but amazing. Overall good experience

Nos cobraron una cantidad excesiva y sin avisar de propina de los desayunos incluidos,.aun cuando se le dio propina los meseros todos los dias. El personal de recepcion al momento de hacer el check out no lo supo resolver.

Staff was amazing, check was smooth and quick. The hotel is beautiful with classic original beauty as well updated rooms. Loved our stay here, super walkable with lots to do near by.

Jorge,We are sorry to know you did not find our Hotel as modern as other properties. Our original Tower is historic and was built in 1929, we also renovated our Grand Tower last year and do plan additional enhancements to the property, in the very near future. The pool area is something out of a movie. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Pricey, but you knew that already!
