Reservation for king size bed. None available. My husband is a very tall man and experiences medical issues. Space was needed. The employee that checked us in was very friendly. And, really tried to accommodate us.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff stated my reservation for a king is unavailable. She spun the word “reservation” to “request” and said your request was denied. She further stated that we give beds to Hilton Honors members first, then to third-party affiliates. If she did a simple search, she would have discovered I am a Hilton honors member, but that would be too much work for someone so passive and dismissive. After a long flight, I didn’t have time or patience to clarify her erroneous assumptions, so I accepted the double bedroom and passed out. The staff are mostly unwelcoming, the hotel feels dated, and the ambience is pathetic- especially during the late hours. Do NOT even bother booking this hotel from Expedia or Hilton, you’ll get the least effort possible for the most money possible. Caveat Emptor!

I stay at the Hilton whenever I’m in town. The only negative was that the fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed and Hilton started charging for daily parking.

Facility was great, clean well lit. I thought it was odd that the bathroom door did not have a lock. The adjoining room door had a lock but only on one door and not ours. The usb charging port in the lamp was broken and the bifold closet door had come off the guide. Super heavy closet door and I wasn’t able to adjust the lower pivot to raise the door enough to fix the guide

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean. However, the bed was propped up by a piece of wood and the toilet handle was slightly broken and if you didn't flush a certain way with the handle the toilet would run all day and night.

I was in room 1007. There was a VERY loud humming coming from the walls and ceiling, presumably central HVAC or maybe a water pump, not sure. Machines that are this loud are getting ready to fail (bad bearings, etc.)

The easiest and best part was finding a parking space, then you find out parking is not part of the room and the excitement goes away. The front desk was so great and welcoming. The room was good but my fridge didnt work so I had to leave my food out, which made the housekeeping personal thinking it was trash. The housekeepings were excellent at the job. Not soon but i will stay here again.

The property is located in a decent area. The hotel is nice but the rooms could use some renovation and the parking lot had a lot of litter. The first room I was given had a blood stained sheet. I inmediately took this concern to the front desk and I was given a different room.
