Checked into the room it was 80°. Called customer service they sent up an engineer and he said there was nothing he could do I should just open a window. Are you kidding?? And this is Hilton?

The front desk clerk at concierge desk around 11pm was the rudest piece of hotel staff trash I ever encountered. European guy. After a terrible 6 hour layover and having to spend $300 on a hotel room in Chicago, nothing worst then a rude hotel staff member. My room key stopped working after spending $100 at the restaurant. I get yelled at hotel staff for having my key next to my cell phone. The way he talked to me, lucky I did not provide an attitude adjustment the old fashion way. It’s 2024 and will stick to charge backs and providing a review on all platforms. He provided no help and refused to get us new cards. Finally the girl at the front desk stepped in and helped. No accountability. With over 15 years working at the Hilton, this was not the way to treat a guest.

Nice place for a long layover. Ordered a Little Angelo's Chicago pizza and they delivered to the lobby and the lobby called us to pick it up. Nice little gift shop in lobby with Chicago souvenirs. Recommended.

Hotel lobby & rooms are dated. Both room & lobby carpet showed significant wear and tear. Stains on carpet in room and dated upholsteries and furniture. Not worth the nightly cost of $285. I would have rather taken a shuttle to a nearby hotel with modern updates.

Pretty bad front desk service, lots of typing and an incredulous look. Need better software to help the front desk, clearly the personnel were nice but not well trained. I spent over 30 minutes checking in, with the check in person typing furiously and staring at a screen and getting frustrated at whatever she saw on the screen. Not the first time this has happened to me. TIme for AI? Please clean up.

Very quiet - Even at ORD, there was no noise in the room. Very convenient location on a late night flight back to Chicago before a long drive up north.

The hotel was very expensive for being a small room ($339 with taxes included) and the shower had very little water pressure and the bed was subpar. The room felt kind of depressing. There were no extra frills to speak of either. I would definitely not choose this property again.

I stayed at Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport before going to Japan. The concierge and the staffs helped me a lots to move my suitcase and moving boxes. They put my stuffs on the shuttle, took me to O 'hare, and finally arrange the next airport luggage staff. Thank you for their generous minds and kindness!!!

The only reason I chose this particular Hilton was that I could walk from it to the airport in less than 5 minutes. The hostess at the breakfast check-in never ever smiled and seem to have quite the attitude when simple questions were asked. BTW, breakfast is NOT included no matter how much you paid for your room; everything is a la carte. At the little coffee stop down the hall charges $7 for a bag of potato chips. It is also an older hotel. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Excellent in service and cleanliness. I would say they might be missing a bit on the small details that go a long way like a courtesy water bottle next to your nightstand or a small chocolate or things of the sort. However, that is just a small nitpick, the rest was perfect!
