2/10
Where to start? The front lobby had an odor like spoiled food. The elevator required you push the button twice in order to fet the door to engage. I get that itâs an extended stay type of hotel but when I asked for additional towels, because they donât service rooms unless you are there for more than 7 days, I was asked to bring the dirty and used towels from three days prior to the front desk. I found that odd but obliged. When I returned I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting on assistance. When someone did arrive the assistance I received was a plastic bag and a âput the towels in the bagâ. You know I would have done that no issue if they had supplied the bag in the first place. Instead I stood in a lobby embarrassed to be there with a load of dirty towels, then was made to put towels into the bag in the same lobby in front of guests checking in. Gross and no respect given to anyone. Oh and for two nights I had to put up with some nut who LIVES at the hotel knocking on my door day and night and asking me to buy them alcohol and give them money. Fantastically disgusting stay and was happy to get my business taken care of and get out. Oh, and the photos of the rooms are pretty misleading as far as size goes and that âfull kitchenâ is double burner stove top and the sink knobs were really janky too.
