We stayed there with four kids and it was really easy, the kids loved the breakfast and the pre-lunch (5:00 pm to 7:30 pm). The employees were really kinds. The location was fantastic, near everything. The only things was related to the location of the bedroom at the back of the hotel and near the loading dock, trucks were there early and it was impossible to sleep, the noise was too load. Impossible to open the window as the room (308) was just near the kitchen exhaust.

Very well located, breakfast is free and has plentiful of options including omelette made on request. Location is very convenient lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel lobby is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious but feel outdated (very brown), you have to be aware that the location is a bit noisy (it is heart of Chicago so you will hear ambulances whatever the hotel in the area). Swimming pool is great. They say complementary housekeeping on request (but we could only have our beds made once during our 4 night stays even if I requested to have it done twice)

Une localisation topissime, un breakfast incroyable , salle de fitness excellente, un personnel dévoué, des chambres bien équipées, une piscine très sympa mais son seul bémol ce sont les gamins sans les parents qui étaient très turbulents...Le bilan est extrêmement positif et nous sommes à notre 30 ème hôtel aux usa

quel dommage car hotel bien situe, mais etalissement vieillot, et le personne qui laisse aller. Le manege des chambre vite fait et fait tard dans la journée, et si il n est pas fait on vous le justifie en vous disant que la chambre était occupe, Les reclamation faite à l accueil ne sont pas pris en considérant, Le personnel de l hotel fait du mauvaise reputation à l hotel, dommage car peut déjeuner bien et un apéro offert tous les soirs

Safe was locked upon arrival to room. Phone was not working. Went to front desk on first night to ask to fix these things. Still not fixed when checked out 7 days later. Towel hook on bathroom door coming un screwed and barely hanging on. Water pressure very weak. Elevators slow . Overall great location to train and dining

It was not good as there were bedbugs and my kidz got rash and bugs bites at neck and legs and night shift manager was so rude . The morning staff was nice .I spent so much money as I thought it’s a seven star hotel but it’s not worthful as compared to the price I spent .

The Hotel us very well in terms of location but service is poor. There were not bath towels in our room. We needed to go to the front desk to request towels. The second day housekeeping removed the towels and didnt leave fresh ones. We asked again for towels but they never brought them. We ended up using the face and hand towels. Also hotel was very crowded and some elevators were out of service.

This is now my go to property whenever I'm in Chicago. There are a couple of cons about the property such as it being outdated in terms of layout and the fact that certain areas of the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned ( microwave, back and bottom of toilet) but the pros absolutely made up for it. I highly suggest packing a cleaning kit just in general for traveling as I prefer to clean the room myself. There was a pull out bed in the living room space that was super convenient, a mini kitchen area that I absolutely loved, a pool, dining within the hotel, and the free breakfast plus happy hour was a hit. Parking was so convenient at the property as well and the staff never made me feel as if I was doing too much if I went out serveral times a day. I was going back and forth between the costs of Ubers/walking vs just driving myself. Sometimes Uber/ walking would be cheaper and sometimes driving myself would be cheaper. Just plan things accordingly. Check in/out was a breeze as well. Again, this is a 10/10 property for me.

Arrived around midnight to a room with broken AC & food leftover in the fridge from previous guests. The front desk was not very helpful or apologetic, & it took an hour for someone to come fix the AC & clean the room when we should've just been given a new room to begin with (hotel was not fully booked, as this room was given to us as a "free upgrade"). Spoke to someone on the way out, was promised a call to rectify the issues & never got one. For the price you pay, the service is terrible.
