Hôtel de bonne qualité mais service limité du fait de la période covid. Malgré tout bien dommage car pas de petit déjeuner type buffet ou même servi sur table. Soit du take away de très mauvaise qualité ou obligé de sortir de l’hôtel. Employé au lobby de qualité.

初めての宿泊だったが、清潔でスタッフの対応も親切で大変快適でした。唯一の難点は空港でシャトルバスの乗り方が分かりにくかったことだけです。第2ターミナルからしか乗れないので、注意が必要です。また半年後にも行くので、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel from the outside looks old and beat up, but on the inside it’s fine actually and has a lot of amenities, food options, etc. The room is clean and has old fashioned charm, eclectic furniture choices.

This hotel is in a conference land desert. You're 45 minutes to Chicago and two miles from a drug store. Only stay here if you’re going to the conference center. We reserved a king suite for 3. To begin with, we got a queen bed. Less fun if you’re sharing it. There was only enough glasses, towels, etc for 2. The pullout bed was not made. When we requested bedding for it, the sheets and blankets were left folded in a stack on top of the bed we left open. We had the privilege of making the bed ourselves. On top of everything else, the staff was several degrees less than warm. There were only about 3500 people at our conference. I can’t imagine what it’s like with a truly large crowd.

I loved the location. I stayed here because it was right next to the Rosemont theater. The staff is great. The one thing that they could really use is new sofa beds in there rooms. I ended up sharing the bedroom with my son. The sofa mattress looked old, uncomfortable, and kind of nasty. I’d stay there again. However I would go with a regular double bed room instead of a suite if they don’t get new sofa beds by then.

The first room I had booked, the bathroom was riddled with mold. I didn’t get in until late that evening so I didn’t say anything until the next morning. By then, my asthma kicked in and I could barely breathe. They had no problem switching my room, which was nice. However, for the price I paid for the stay; I will not be staying again.

It was a good room for new years eve. They just dont warn you that they set off fireworks next to the hotel so that was a surprise. The parking however is terrible.
