Our place is a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment with 2 comfy beds, a full kitchen, dining area, Wi-Fi, and a clean private bathroom. A space to truly relax and recharge.



The Space:

The living area features large windows that let in tons of natural light, plus a comfy sofa, TV, and a desk if you need to get some work done. There’s also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking your own meals and feeling right at home.



The spacious bedroom includes two queen-size beds, making it a great fit for families, friends, or small groups. You’ll have your own clean and private bathroom, plus Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities. The space is private and not shared with anyone else



The Neighborhood:

This property places you in bustling Lakeview with plenty of dining choices from cozy cafés to well-loved restaurants like Paulina Market.



Getting Around:

The Paulina Brown Line stop is within walking distance, along with multiple bus routes for easy city travel.



Other Things to Note:

The unit's on the 3rd floor and you'll have to use the stairs to get there.

We may ask for a bit of extra screening and a valid government ID to complete the booking.

We’re cat-friendly (cats only, please!)—just let us know if you’re bringing one. There’s a $50 fee per cat. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
