*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out if available:
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.

Living room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa. 55-inch smart TV (bring your login credentials to streaming services).

A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse on site is available for your use. Highspeed wireless internet is perfect for guests who work from home.

Open floor plan with seating for 4 at the counter. Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, oven and stove combo, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
Other appliances and kitchen amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, knife block, spice rack, ninja blender, and all items needed to cook and serve full meals.

Outdoor covered patio with Edison bulb string lights. Two seats with a bistro table and battery tiki lamp.


The current pool temperature is 77 degrees. With the heater option on, we set the temperature to 90 degrees. The heater runs during the day with the pool pump and is off at night.

As for your mother-in-law visiting, that's no problem at all. She is welcome to check in for you, and there's no need to register her or her husband as additional guests since they’ll only be staying for a couple of days. Just make sure she has the entry code and any details she might need for a smooth arrival.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property.

Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.

Please complete both the verification and the agreement before your arrival to facilitate a quick and seamless check-in.

All other apartments within this building are occupied by long-term tenants. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed on the property.

For compliance with local guest registration requirements, all guests will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID through our secure third-party system, Truvi, after booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
-If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
-Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

I was here with two teens. I gave them each a room and I stayed on the sofa bed because I am an early riser. Check-in was a breeze - the info provided was easy to follow and accurate. The condo was clean and spacious. Most of all, loved the location. Being close to the train made going downtown easy. We also were able to walk to Lincoln Square and the riverwalk that was nearby. Such a fun neighborhood - not too far from Wrigley either. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, I would stay again.

Our stay was phenomenal! It couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment has everything you need. It is very clean, cozy, organized and quiet.There are tons of restaurants, shopping and things to do within waking distance. Tara was extremely accommodating and responsive. This place was great for 4 guys going to the OSU-NW game at Wrigley. 2 beds so we brought an air mattress and one on the couch. Worked out fine. One of the cleanest properties I've ever rented. Garage spot is a little tight for a minivan but it did fit. Wrigley about a 25 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance too. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt safe walking around the area at night! We got a little confused with the initial key retrieval but we were able to get in contact with the host right away and she helped us out! The one thing missing was washcloths in the bathroom and dish cloths in the kitchen which would have been nice to have for showering/kitchen cleanup. Otherwise, the property is fantastic and we will definitely look at staying here again if ever in Chicago!

Nice appartment on the top floor that matches both text and image wise with the details. Just a short walk to the brown line on the "L". Garage spot with remote made parking both secure and easy. I also really like the area it was located in, it is safe and quiet.

I cannot say enough about this apartment. From the moment I booked the property, Tara was on top of everything. She was fast to reply and give all the needed information. The apartment was spotless and much bigger than I expected and stocked with all necessary items like coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The towels were fluffy and the beds were so comfortable. I didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment but when I did, I found it was quiet (night & day) and very secure. Great restaurants within walking distance. this apartment included a garage space. Because I was in town for an art show, I needed a garage to house my vehicle to prevent artwork from being stolen and this apartment included a garage space. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in Chicago. Thank you Tara for being a great host! The apartment was more than I thought it would be.
