« Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. »

« Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. « Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. « We had an amazing stay! The house was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything you could need in the kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches such as books, games & activities for kids. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We threw a lovely baby shower and it was the perfect set up. Everyone loved the space and had a wonderful time. It's super close to BWI, as well.
