« This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

« This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. « It is bad and also got charged 500 for a key we did not lose, very unclean and unsafe balcony.Would like some kind of reimbursemen!Not to mention a dead deer was right by the house with dead animals it smelled terrible! »

« Property was very clean. The owners supplied everything you could possibly need, including extra bath towels, toothbrushes and bar soap in case you forgot. They also had the cutest little dog crate with treats and a feeding/watering bowl for guests that need to bring their small dog. Parking was on street, but there were no issues with finding a spot. There was a washer and dryer if needed. »
