« Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much. »

« The place was not clean as much expected. All the spices, salt and oil were date expired. Basement’s rooms were full of bugs on the floor and in the room. Couldn’t sleep well because of those. Overall not recommended. Bad experience. »

« The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. « Très belle propriété, idéale pour deux familles. Tout le monde y trouve son espace. La maison est bien située, entre Lunenburg, Peggy’s Cove et Halifax. Également à environ 1h des vignobles de la Vallée d’Annapolis. Il n’y pas tellement de plage de galets à l’avant de la propriété permettant de profiter de l’eau, bien qu’une merveilleuse plage se trouve à Bayswater, à quelques minutes seulement en voitures. « Great price in a quiet safe neighborhood close to Halifax. It is a family home so you will hear the sounds of a family getting ready for school starting around 7am. Areas out of direct sight were not cleaned but main areas were okay. Dishes could have been cleaner, or dish soap provided. Overall fine accommodation for a price much better than halifax hotels. »
