Bedrooms & Bathroom
There are two generously sized bedrooms with flexible zip-link beds:
*Bedroom 1: can be arranged as 1 super king- size bed or 2 single beds
*Bedroom 2: can be arranged as 1 queen-size bed or 2 single beds

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every stay.
The bathroom includes both a bath and shower, giving guests the option of a quick morning shower or a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

Cook, Dine & Stay Awhile
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and dining space.

For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays.
The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £110, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels.
Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay. Please let us
know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are
supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved
in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an
additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean.
